Ysabelle Cheung

I am formerly the Associate Editor of Time
Out Hong Kong and currently write for Artforum, Artsy, South China Morning Post, GOOD and Hi-Fructose. I was awarded the Women in the Arts accolade by The List magazine in 2014 for my contribution to the arts and special mention award at the Society of Publishers in Asia for my story on the Pearl River Delta’s imminent rise as a megacity.

I am also founder of the Hong Kong branch of Liars’ League (a live spoken word event), translation liaison for literary magazine The Offing (an LA Review of Books offshoot) and curator for the graphite zine Tiny Pencil.
